How do I join a Prayer Challenge?
Once logged in, navigate to the 'Challenges' section from your dashboard. You can join any active challenge (e.g., 21-Day Midnight Prayer) by clicking the 'Join' button. You will receive daily check-in notifications to help you stay consistent.
Can I share my prayer requests anonymously?
Yes. When submitting a prayer request, you have the option to post it publicly to the global community or keep it private. You can also choose to display your name or remain anonymous.
How do I reset my password?
If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot?" link on the Sign In page. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a secure link to reset it. For security, these links expire after 60 minutes.
How do I delete my account?
We respect your journey. If you wish to close your account, go to Profile Settings > Security and select 'Delete Account'. This will permanently remove all your prayer history and personal records from our servers.
